My sister and I are considering going four or five days to Dubai and then attend a ine week cruise with either Serenade of the Seas or Costa Atlantica. Anyhone who has experience in general of cruises in the Middle East and especially these two cruise ships? Thanks
Hi - have been on Serenade of the Seas (2 weeks repositioning/Alaska). Thought it was a good ship; food, staff, etc. all were good. Haven't been on a Costa ship in a decades so can't comment on the current status of the line or ship. If I had to make the choice myself, I'd stick with RCI, which has a better reputation overall. I'd suggest checking www.cruisecritic.com, which has all sorts of cruising info - about specific lines, ships, ports of call, etc. Go to the site, and then boards. You'll likely find the information you're looking for. Happy Cruising!
