Hi there, Your budget seems to be sufficient for a one bedroom. Choose to rent a ;place nearest to your work. Good luck.

First, AL Nahda road is Sharjah area. Prices here ranges for studio-10k-155K ; 1-bedroom 18K-25k, 2-bedroom, 25k-35K this is Sharjah and the only thing you would end up dead is the terrible traffic- at least you got a nice house... almost flats in Nahda are new so no worry for that. 2nd, Al Qusais is already Dubai area- its still near to Sharjah- boundary bet. Dubai and Sharjah. 1-bedroom is 35K, 1-bedroom is 45K- again, traffic... 3rd, Bur Dubai or Karama- this would be more costly as it is located in the busy street of Dubai where almost everything is there... 1-bedroom is 45K to 65K good luck...
