Finding a job in Dubai

Hi dear friends, I'm a 26 yo metallurgical engineer(materials science), and wanna come to dubai for work. Can anyone help me how can I find a good job there? Also I think I'll come to dubai for a conference on December,is there any agency so I can go to find a job? Thanx so much Mohammad
