We're going at Byron Bay and I am looking for a good place to stay in there. I saw a renting post in bespoke lifestyle: bespoke-lifestyle.com/detail... and I think that the place is very nice. What do you think? Is my fiance like the place? Any suggestions instead?
Isn't Byron Bay located in NSW, Australia? Must have been wrong tagging and sent your question to Dubai. Hahaha.

Wow ............well, if you can afford to pay almost $1000.00 per night (off season!) then go for it.
But why do you need a house with 5 bedrooms

Not just me and my fiance. But I want to rent a good place for him to be surprised. Actually its his birhday on 24th and my family and his come. Just a surprise vacay for us. :)

Well. as I said- if you can afford the very expensive rates of this villa- then go for it! Have you looked at the cost???

there is a minimum stay of a number of nights so make sure that you know how much the total cost will be. I noticed some prices around $11,000 per week. i would not be happy to fork out that kind of money for a place you have never seen.
