Post-cruise tourist in dover

We will be ending a cruise in Dover and would like to see Dover and Cantebury before going on to London. Is there a train that we can get that goes to Cantebury and back to Dover the same day? What is the average cost of a train round trip to Cantebury? Can we just book tickets when we get there? Thanks for the info

    Hi Patricia, Yes there are many trains going from Dover Priory Station to Canterbury daily. The journey takes less than 30 minutes & will cost £6.40 return ( currently ) . Take a look at www.thetrainline.com for actual departure times, Darren.
