Less than 3 years ago, my wife and I stayed at the Aranview Hotel and we ate at O'Connor's Pub. The Irish Stew that I had that evening was one of the most delicious meals that I ever had. The menu indicated that the base for the sauce was Guinness. We would like to return for another meal someday, but in the meantime is it possible to get the recipe for the Stew? Thank you.
