Is there a nice pub in Dolgellau where we could have a meal accompanied by a we behaved friendly Labrador? Sunic
Allowing dogs where meals are served is not very common in the UK, to be honest. Eating outside is usually ok, but health & safety + food hygiene rules make taking dogs (other than guide-dogs) inside eating-places much more problematic. There's a list of dog-friendly Gwynedd pubs here; doggiepubs.org.uk/index.php?... and on various other sites but none I can find in (or even particularly near) Dolgellau. :-(
