Hi, i have a few general questions if somebody can help: 1. is Djibouti safe? 2. any major diseases we need to watch out for? 3. can anyone recommend a good hotel? 4. is diving there worth a trip to djibouti? Thank you for any information.
1. Yes 2. No. Typhoid and Hepatitis A I would recommend before you go 3. Yes, please see my Djibouti page 4. Probably not. Egypt and the Red Sea are your best bet

See above. 4. is diving there worth a trip to djibouti? I disagree with the above answer. Diving is worth it in the whale shars season (roughly Oct to Dec.)
