It's been a couple of years since I was in Djibouti. Can someone urgently advise if the mobile system is still (253) 81XXXX? Trying to get in touch with a friend there. Thanks, Bill
If you are still looking for the answer. 253 is intact, the remainder is now changed. There are various prefixes, such as 61XXXX, or 65XXXX, so there are more than just 81XXXX. Hope that helps
