Hi, I wonder how can I get to Dipolog from Manila via sea. Air travels are quite expensive. Thanks!
Check out promos of Cebu Pacific or PAL. Their promo fares are comparable to boat fares and you won't have to spend 24-36 hours in travel.

IMO, flying to Dipolog is cheaper than by boat... Probably there are boats Manila-Cebu then Cebu to Dipolog via Dumaguete... it would take days of traveling though which can also be tiresome... Another route is Manila-Batangas-Caticlan-Iloilo-Bacolod-Dumaguete-Dipolog... If you are in for an adventure and has plenty of time to travel, then go for it! ;)
