Need apt/room for a month in Bangladesh

Hi There, I like to rent an apartment or room/sublet for a month only (Dec). It would be better if it is close to dhanmondi/mirpur, but anywhere else is good for me too. I will offer good price for it. If anybody wants to share his/her room when he is absent, it would be great too. I will offer some advance and pay the rest later (if it sounds good to you).
