Hi there, I got a few questions... Is it possible to walk across the Douglas Macarthur bridge? Is there a seasonal schedule that the James Scott fountain operates by, like from May to October? Does it light up at night? Your feed back would be very much appreciated, thank you!
Yes, you can walk on the brige. The Scott fountain is turned on on weekends in summer they have lit it up at night during that time, too, unless there is some malfunction or vandalism.
