Hart Plaza/Summer Festivals

Why have the Summer Festivals that were so nice to go to moved from Hart Plaza to the Detroit Zoo?

    I'm not sure what festivals you are talking about. The Freedom Festival is now River Days as of this year and is at the Plaza and its extended riverfront. The Hoedown, Jazz Festival, Electronic Music (Movement), Caribbean, Arabic/Chaldean, African, Etc. are still all at Hart Plaza/the riverfront.
