My wife and I are visiting Den Helder next month to go to my cousin's memorial. We hope to lay a wreath and are trying to contact the Burgermeister's department of the local administration for any permissions which may be required. does anyone know of a contact phone number for the relevant authority. any help in this will be greatly appreciated. We are also looking for a suitable hotel near 2E Vroonstraat.
