There are regular trains (up to 4 an hour) both direct and via Utrecht with a journey time between one and a half hours to about two. Strangely enough the services which involve a change at Utrecht are usually faster. One way fare is 14.40 Euro. Dutch trains are very easy to use and platforms etc well signed.

Travel time is 1 hour 7 minutes independent if you have to change trains at Utrecht Centraal or not.

I recommenmd to take a direct train ( 2 per hour on average) indicated as Intercity to Eindhoven and leaving from track 1 or 2 at the basement Schiphol train station.

I have multiple ones about the trains.
