That shouldn't be a problem. It's impossible to have direct trains from and to everywhere, in whatever country! :-)

Dutch stations are very easy to navigate, almost everyone speaks at least some English (most people are pretty fluent), signage is clear and you have ample time to make the connection. Ticket machines are easy to use and have English language options.

The Dutch railway website even gives you platform numbers, which is more than many other railway websites do!

You'll be absolutely fine. Even if you miss the connection, there are freqyuent trains to Haarlem from Amsterdam (where you will change).

    Journey time is 1h 21m, one-way fare is 15.80 euro (same-day return 30.20 euro).

In a reply to a previous question of yours, you will have found the link to ALL public transportation in The Netherlands (English version):

    http://journeyplanner.9292.nl/

If you need only trains, then the link ns.nl/cs/Satellite/traveller... is sufficient.

These two links are all you need! Easy, eh?

You asked before how to get from Den Bosch to Amsterdam. It's the same route, except you change trains at Amsterdam Central to go to Haarlem, as advised by vtveen.

    Enjoy your visit!
