How best to go sarai rohila railway station (DEE) to delhi junction (DLI) with lugage and a child?
Best to take a taxi, or if you feel like take a rickshaw. Taxi should take no longer than 30 minutes, even in the rush hour as the stations are only 4 km apart.

Yes, though it is only about 5 kms apart, better to take a cab. Fix the fare first.
The route will be through a very crowded part of Old Delhi so allow plenty of time (minimum 45 mins.) for the journey.
