What is the reason of having things so close to City Hall to the exact meters or less?

thanks gabesz. they will photocopy/ reproduce documents from City Hall, and it would be good to have the photocopier (and laundry/ restaurants) within short walking distance so they will not need to take public transportation.

try "KUYA ED'S 100 meters more or less from city hall along magallanes st. fronting men seng hotel.. php 99.00/pax eat all you can buffet. excluding drinks of iced tea @ php 35.00/pax bottomless. hope this helps. photo copiers..plenty along city hall drive a stones throw away from city hall..
