hi there can anyone reccommend a cheap hostel/guest house in darjeeling.. cheap as possible really probably paying a max of 400 rupees a night for single room. going next week! many thanks! Hattie

Look in Tripadvisor. OR You can also browse Darjeerling pages on Virtual Tourist. Go to 'destinationn search' box (top right hand side of page) enter Darjeerling and click GO. Pages will appear with tips (including accommodation)

Hey! even I'll b there in darj from 27 nov to 5 dec. I checked out on the internet .... nothing less than Rs 1000. lemme know if ye find something good! Fun Always! Vik
