Hello Magda... I have a Norwegian friend that has a 3 rooms flat on the 5th floor very central in Lumumba Street, central Dar Es Salaam. Its a walking distance to almost everything. The flat is nice and has a bathroom and a kitchen. For how long are you intend to stay?
