Does anybody know of a cheaper place to park overnight than at the harbor parking ($9/day)? We are taking the ferry to Catalina for a week and want to find somewhere cheaper to park. Thanks.
I guess you must be from a small town, that sounds very cheap to me

Can you take a taxi or something to the ferry? We left our car for two days and someone attempted to break in--luckily they failed. Leaving your car for a week at the harbor parking doesn't sound too safe to me.

All of the public parking lots around Dana Point have overnight parking restrictions. Any street parking you may find also will have time limits. After a week there is a good chance you will get towed, and that will be A LOT more than63 for 7 nights of parking. Just when you park make sure you have nothing valuable in the car, just in case it does get broken into.
