Best/fastest way to get from Dam to Crac des Chevaliers and back in one day?

Hello! What is the best way for me and my wife to get a roundtrip from Damascus to Crac des Chevaliers back to our hotel on Wednesday the 11:th of February. Is it to hire a car and driver, and if so how do I do it, and how mouch is a resonabel cost incl. car driver and petrol? Best of regards /Lennart
