Cost of staying in Dallas

After I graduate from High School (Which is in 3 more months!) I plan on staying in Dallas, Texas for maybe a month to settle down and relax from High School until September for when I ship out to boot camp in San Diego for the Marines. I plan on training in this one MMA Gym in Dallas and right now I'm saving up some money from my tips as a waiter and want to know if I could get a room in Dallas and how much that would cost me. Thanks. P.S. I live 5 hours from Dallas.
