I am in India ( Mysore ) and I need to go the end of this month to an Ayurveda retreat for treatment 21 days up to a month. In Kerala are many but I need a traditional one with good doctors, not very expensive and not touristic if is possible. I did not book anything yet and I am running out of time because I do not know which one to choose.
Anyone can help me, please ?

On 1st of july go to phelgam early morning explore the whole day come back to Srinagar On 2nd of july go to sonmarg come back to Srinagar stay there till 4th of july . I do not want to stay in gulmarg and phelgam at night coz of very expensive hotels . I search on your site that the distance between Srinagar to gulmarg is 45 km and about 1 hr ride and distance between Srinagar to phelgam is 95 km and about 1 hr 45 min ride . I'm a solo female traveller and going to go to Kinnaur area in early July. I'm taking the flight Delhi-Chandigarh but otherwise travelling w bus (Chandigarh-Shimla-Reckong Peo). I am not new to India (m from Europe) but new as a solo traveller so tiny bit concerned about safety issues.
Happy to get any info on weather, too (whether the monsoon would be horrendous, the landslides get me stuck in the bus overnight, the clouds prevent any sighting of the mountain tops, etc.). Thanks for any advice and info you can share!
We are a family of four, planning a trip to Andamans in end-June-early July. I would appreciate advice with the following issues:
1. Is this a good time to travel there? If not, what's the best time?
2. What's the shortest distance if one decides to take a ferry, from Chennai or Kanyakumari?
3. Can one try/learn scuba diving if one doesn't know swimming? Would you recommend any particular company? and, island?
Please help! Much thanks, Navnita
