Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could tell me how long the train ride is from Nha Trang to Da Nang Thanks
Its 9-10 hours and varies slightly depending on what time your train leaves Nha Trang.

Very very long and very very boring! Did I mention pretty dirty too (roaches in soft sleeper).

about 9 hrs. if you want luxury, call a taxi.

I recommend that you fly with Vietnam Airlines - though Nha Trang airport is about 30 kilometres from the town - The flight takes 1hour 15 minutes and costs AUD$50- approx. I have no idea how much the train costs - but even if it is only AUD$10- ( suspect considerably more) you will have an uncomfortable 10 hours to save AUD$40- By flying you also gain a half day extra at one end of the trip - though you might not meet travellers on the plane.

It should normally not be that cold, but you might get a lot of rain that time of year. more
