Hotel San Blas, Andina, or Novotel?

We are considering the Hotel San Blas, Casa Andina Plaza or San Blas, or the Novotel. Do any of you have preferences or recommendations? Thank you.

    I stayed in the San Blas Hotel a few year ago and was quite happy there, although the South American Explorers Clubhouse told me it was a high crime area. The San Blas Hotel arranged a hotel for me in Puno that set up a nice trip to the islands. Ciao, Dave
