How can I get (cheap and fast) from Iquique to Cusco?

Hi, can anybody help me? I want to go to Chile and Peru in about two weeks. Now I'm looking for a cheap but fast possibility to go from Iquique (Chile) to Cusco (Peru)? Does anybody know, what's the best alternative to get there? Thank's a lot in advance!
