hi PJ, thanks for putting up my link to B&B De Appelgaard (the Apple Orchard). I've been there myself and it's simple but delightful. You may already have discovered that they only do reservations from 2 nights and up. However, you can stay for 1 night but they'll charge 15 euro per ROOM extra. So that would be 35 euro per person in a double room instead of 27.50. Given the current B&B prices in The Netherlands, even this is very reasonable.
