Holguin Airport to Santiago

I fly into Holguin and need to get to Santiago De Cuba. What are my options? Are there buses at the airport? I'm a 50yr women traveling by myself and am not wanting to be stranded my first night! Someone suggested hiring a car that would be around100. Any advice, thoughts?
