Cuba Scuba Diving

Hi , I had met someone who talked about Scuba Diving with a instructor name John Welch. I now have a chance to go to Cuba, for some diving. I would like to find the same instructor. Or if anyone else can recommend a place I will be all over Cuba for 3 weeks. Thank you
