    Hi
There isn't a direct bus from Dublin Airport to Mullingar. Your options are to get the Dublin Bus no. 747 which leaves every 10 mins to Bus Aras, the central bus station, and get the bus to Mullingar from there. Buses are about every 45-90 mins. Alternatively cross the street from the bus station to Connolly Station and get a train. Bus timetables are at www.buseireann.ie and trains are at www.irishrail.ie. From Mullingar station get a taxi to Belvedere House - it is only a few miles.
Obviously you could also rent a car or even get a taxi. The latter is not too outrageous if there's a gang of you - it's about 55 miles and while prices in Ireland are high, taxi fares are not too bad, at least compared with London. If you are feeling a little flush you might give some taxi companies a ring and ask for a quote: one of the big Dublin companies is on +353 1 677 2222, also try one of the Mullingar companies +353 44 934 4444
It is possible that direct buses will be aranged from Dublin direct to the festival but there seem to be no details yet. I would suggest ringing Bus Eireann on +353 1 8366111 to see if they have any information about this or the Mullingar tourist office on +353 44 934 8650
