My family is visiting Kerry in late September. We are renting a car and would like to meander around and stay wherever we happen to be in the evening. Are the B&Bs there generally booked solid, or is it possible to find rooms easily? I'm hoping it's like Stratford-upon-Avon, where there are always rooms to be had even in tourist season. I would appreciate any input. Thank you.
You should have no problem finding B&Bs as and when you need them. Due to the economic downturn business is quite slack and also late September is outside of the main tourist season. Hotels are also offering very good deals too, many have swimming pools and other leisure facilities so it might be worth checking out some of the special offers that are available locally. AM
