How likely is it to find a 2-bedroom furnished apartment in Dublin 2 or Dublin 4 with a lease requirement of less than one year? Specifically, I would be looking for a 4 month lease in a price range of between 1400 - 2000 Euros per month. The timeframe I'm looking at would be from approximately April or May 2007 through September 2007. It appears that most of the listings on daft.ie require a minimum of a one year lease. Has anyone found that the landlords are flexible with this requirement? Thanks in advance. Pat
