From Liberia to Nicaragua by bus

If I fly into Liberia airport, can I get a bus from there to Nicaragua (Sapoa), or will I need to take a bus into the town of Liberia first ? Also, are there any bus schedules online, of buses from Liberia to Nicaragua ?
