New Year in Looe

My friends and I are spending New Years Eve in Looe as we've heard it's one of the top places to be. None of us have ever been to Looe however so are going somewhat "blind". Has anyone got any advice on what to do, where to go etc? Anything will be greatly appreciated.

You will have a fantastic time. We went two years ago. The whole town is shut off and it's party, party, party. Fancy dress is thoroughly recommended, drinking in the streets ending with a breathtaking firework extravaganza over the sea. A night to remember! The king family
