Where to stay in Cordoba?

My wife and I will be visiting her dad in Cordoba(La Calera)in Decemeber and we are interested in the different rental options there. We'd prefer to stay in some type of Apartment/Condo for a week, possibly Carlos Paz(but open to other ideas). Anyone have advice? Thanks, Brian
