we're planning on going down to costa rica in a month and trekking through corcovado for a few days, but it's been impossible for me to contact anyone at the park to make reservations. in your opinion, is it necessary for 2 self sufficient backpacker/campers to have advance reservations for a few days hiking in corcovado,or is it alright to just show up there at the ranger stations??? let me know if you have any advice. thanks for your time. aloha, jr riel
I wouldn't delay your trip because you are not getting a response. This time a year, there will be all kinds of tours going on, but it's a very small station in Carate, so I'm not surprised there's no answer. I would say go 100% you guys will be fine. Enjoy the macaws! Buenas suerte.
