Hi, We have been driving around Europe for over a month and are in Romania in the Constanta area. We are looking to get new green card insurance for our car because it has expired now. Can anyone advise us how and where we can do this in Constanta? Thanks
High! you should be able to get it at any travel agency in town. try Icar Tours, j'Info Tours, both on Tomis blvd downtown...or almost any place...I think even insurance companies that have offices there might sell them. good luck!
