Some informations say that there is posible to go from Malaga to Coni by thess buses : Malaga airport-Marbella 13h45 Marbella-Algesiras 14h30 or 16H15 Algesiras-Conil 19h00 But I have doubts about Algesira-Conil Have you experience about it ? Thanks André DE Boeck Belgium
For these journeys I start with avanzabus.com/web/default.as... which surely gives you buses from Malaga airport and rest of Costa del Sol. and then try to work out on TG COMES web if there is a route. (TG COMES is the big bus operator in Cadiz Province) This page shows they have La Linea (Gibraltar) to Cadiz calling at Algeciras and Conil but not at time you mention. But maybe other bus? http://www.tgcomes.es/horarios_14.htm I have actually been on the bus that left La Linea at 11am. shown on this timetable.
