Greetings, fellow VTers,
I will be visiting Macau with my parents (late-50s/early-60s) in late-July. I plan to take the earliest TurboJet ferry from Hong Kong so as to get a good headstart to our one-day visit.
I have put together a tentative itinerary but I'm having some difficulty figuring out the public transportation. I can't seem to figure out which buses to take, and where the nearest bus stops are located. I'm hoping to get some advice and/or assistance here on VT.
This is my tentative itinerary:
Arrive Macau Ferry Terminal
Senado Square / Ruins of St. Paul's (breakfast nearby)
Lou Lim Ieoc Garden
Guia Fortress (ride cable car)
Taipa Houses-Museum (late-lunch at Rua do Cunha)
Depart Taipa Ferry Terminal (free shuttle from The Venetian)
Thanks in advance for your help!
Any idea which casino hotel in Macau has triple beds or room big enough for 3.prefer to be a casino hotel and hopefully not too expensive ones.

Hi! Need some help here.. I booked a package tour for my family with a local airline here in the Philippines & I have chosen Masters Hotel. However, sadly no airport transfer is included in the package. We will be arriving in Macau at around 10 in the evening on Oct18 and it's our first time to be going there. I have read posts about "free shuttle rides" to the casinos. Would we be able to take advantage of this even if we're arriving that late? If yes, to which casino should we be going? Masters Hotel is located at No. 162 Rua das Lorchas according to their website. I inquired about coach services from an independent travel agency & the "shared" ones cost USD60 already for a group of 5 one-way! I realy look forward to your replies guys. Thanks.:)
Hello, me and my boyfriend are planning on a 3 or 4 day trip to Macau. We were wondering if you guys can suggest any affordable place to stay. Backpackers rate.

I wonder if Macau is a place suitable for a hen weekend (hen party, a party for the bride prior to her wedding)? A typical hen party would consists of silly (a bit dirty but harmless) games, lots of drinks, nice food, pampering, beach/relaxing time, lots of young crowds so some available guys to play those silly games with!
I haven't been to Macau for over 15 years so I need some advice!
Many thanks. :)
