Visiting Colonia del Sacramento on a Tuesday

We are planning to spend a Tuesday in mid November in Colonia before returning our rental car in Montevideo and catching our flight to Buenos Aires on Wednesday. After reading my travel books, it looks like everything is closed on Tuesdays. Will it be worth for us to go on a Tuesday? I don't think another day will be an option for us. Thanks for your help.

    I don't think EVERYTHING will be closed. The museums will be, but surely stores and restaurants will be open, and you can still stroll around the old city, which is the main reason for going.
