Need some information in Colmar

Hi, Can anyone tell me if there's any place where I can leave my luggage for a few hours at the Colmar train station. My husband and I are planning to go there for a couple of hours on our way back to Basel from Strassbourg. Is the old town walkable from the train station ? Thanks for your help Pauline

Yes, that should be about 1 to 1.5 kms from station to the old town. Not sure about luggage storage. The French railway website www.voyages-sncf.com is down for maintenance at the moment.
