We are looking for somewhere to stay in France from January to end of february or March. We will be traveling to Midi-pyrenees for Spring but would like to find somewhere a little warmer (dryer) for the end of the winter. Our biggest concern is that we are not in a tourist area that would be dead during the winter.

We've started to look for self-catering apartments in Collioure for next summer. We have found these ad-sites: Homelidays. homelidays.co.uk/EN-Holidays... Holidaylettings. holidaylettings.co.uk/collio... HomeAway. holiday-rentals.co.uk/collio... Self-Catering-Breaks. self-catering-breaks.com/Pro... Does anyone have any experience booking from one of these? Any recommendations? Are the ads reliable? Do the ads show the real truth about the apartments? Do you know about a gem of an apartment not found in these sites? Thanks for any info.
