Hi, I am planing a trip to Cocoa Beach in two weeks. I would like to know where the fun night spots are and despite the fact that the idea of surfing frightens me, I am also interested in learning how to surf. I am looking to have an adventure, any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello. I am not really familiar with Cocoa Beach and don't think it is a nightlife type of town, but Cocoanuts (Tiki Bar?), is probably the best party-type with music. They should be on the web. Ron Jon should have surf lessons, as far as night life...dont know of any.

This may be too late to give you the lead you wanted. Go to Ron Jon's surf shop which is just 5 minutes from the breakers on Cocoa Beach. My travel page shows the link and the address. Coconuts is about 1/2 mile north, and across from it on an access street to the beach is another beachfront patio bar.
