Bahiti Casino - Open or Closed?

I've been to Bahitis (Prado) several times to play live poker but for a long time about a year ago, it was shut down - I believe due to licensing issues. Has it reopened? What other similar casinos are there in Cochabamba - particularly where you can play live poker or where they have decent, modern machines (Indian Dreaming, Survivor etc)?

Road to Santa Cruz

Has the road to Santa Cruz from Cochabamba re-opened? Is it possible to take the bus from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz? I will not be in Cochabamba until November but would like to know my options on getting from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz.

Yellow fever shot?????

i heard that if you enter Bolivia from Peru (by bus or train) that you need to have a Yellow fever shot & record of it w/ you? Is this true? If so, can I get shots in Peru? The Yellow fever shot in the USA is 100$. ALso, what's the cheapest way to get from Macchu piccu to Bolivia?
