Bahiti Casino - Open or Closed?

I've been to Bahitis (Prado) several times to play live poker but for a long time about a year ago, it was shut down - I believe due to licensing issues. Has it reopened? What other similar casinos are there in Cochabamba - particularly where you can play live poker or where they have decent, modern machines (Indian Dreaming, Survivor etc)?
