Hotels near Pier 60

I have 2 questions, can someone please give me the names of some nice hotels near Pier 60. We will be coming to Clearwater Beach in late March with a 12 yr. old & a 9 month old & really don't want to have to do too much driving while there if possible. Also, how busy is Clearwater during March, is that the peak of "Spring Break"? Thank you for your help!
