VISA TO MOLDOVA

Hi, I'm planning to visit Moldova, but i don't know how can i get the visa! i live in Dubai we do not have embassy here, i have Iraqi passport, so i think i need an invitation! this is another problem coz i don't have somebody there! please note that i will be in Milan before traveling to Moldova, but i will stay there 3 days, i don't know if i can get the visa to Moldova from Milan -Italy? How many days i need to get the visa? what about the invitation? I hope you can help me. Thanks
