Car Hire - Different Drop off point

I am flying in to chicago and driving to my sisters in Green Bay - i am looking to hire a car in chicago but drop it off a week later in green bay , any of the car hire places are charging crazy prices as its a different drop off , anyone out there found a company that charges a normal amount ?? thanks for the help
