Apartment or Condo in or near old town centre?

Hi all! My boyfriend and I have been to Chiang Mai twice and we love it there! We are planning to go again this year and stay for about 1 month. We would like to know if anyone knows of any decent priced aparments or condos for rent. We know we can get a fairly nice room for about15/night so if it costs too much more than that we will probably just rent at a guesthouse.
